Matthew is 1!

I can't believe my sweet baby is 1!!

Matthew's First Hair Cut!!

Even though I fought it, I knew... it was time.



We took our shaggy little man to get his first hair cut!



He was such a brave little man!



Not a cry or a whimper and before he knew it...



it was over!

Aerospace Museum

Lucas loves Airplanes, so he was very excited for his field
trip to the Aerospace museum with his preschool!



We got to see Airforce one!



Lucas enjoyed trying on the different helmets.

Lucas loved sitting in the cockpit and had so
much fun!

Our Planetarium Adventure

Lucas has been very interested in "choo choo"'s so I decided
to take him to the planetarium on trax.



He definately enjoyed the bus as well!



He rode Clifford at the mall.



He LOVED the waterpad...



until it squirt him in the face!

He enjoyed playing at the planetarium.

Walking on the moon...

climbing on Mars...

and eating rock candy!

He loved the "Choo Choo" most of all, and was sad to have to depart it and go home.

Let's go fly a kite!

Today was supposed to be breezy, so I decided to take Lucas
to fly his very first kite!



Poor Lucas got caught a couple of times by the string...



and he didn't understand that it only flies if you let it go.



The kite never really took off very well, but we had a good time!

Lucas goes to jail!

Lucas loved his field trip to the fire department and jail!



He was really excited to go that morning.



He was really impressed by the fire engine and ambulance
and kept saying "Wow!" and "Woah!"



He was very curious to see what was inside this big truck!

Perhaps his favorite was the police bike.

The fireman was really nice and let lucas try on his suit!

The police man let him check out his car both the front...

and the back!

Lucas didn't much like being in the jail, and i'm glad! :)

Update

I haven't update this blog in a couple of months! I have once again become a stay at home mom and i'm loving it! My boys are amazing! Lucas continues to amaze me with the progress he is making in speech, and with his great desire to be a good big brother! Matthew gets bigger every day and is crawling around like a mad man. He's such a cute, happy go lucky little boy. I love my boys so much more every day. Here are our most recent pictures...
